These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GetMoreInvites (“GetMoreInvites”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of getmoreinvites.com, the GetMoreInvites app and our Upwork Visibility Report (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
GetMoreInvites is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Upwork Inc. “Upwork” is a trademark of Upwork Inc.
The Service
GetMoreInvites reads your Upwork profile and activity, with your authorization, and gives you a Visibility Report. The report shows:
- your visibility score and how you compare with successful freelancers in your niche
- the problems most likely to be costing you invites, ranked
- recommendations for what to fix
The report is free. We may also offer optional paid services, such as an expert call or help rewriting your profile. Their scope and price are agreed with you before you pay, and those terms apply alongside these.
Who can use it
You must:
- be at least 18 years old
- connect only an Upwork account that’s yours, or one you’re authorized to manage
- give us accurate contact details
If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you’re authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
Your Upwork account and our role
- You authorize the connection on Upwork’s own consent screen, through Upwork’s official authorization for approved apps and AI agents. We never ask for your Upwork password.
- We only read your data. We use the access you grant only to produce and update your report. We never edit your profile, send or withdraw proposals, message clients, accept offers or spend Connects for you.
- You can revoke access anytime, from your GetMoreInvites account or from your Upwork account settings.
- You remain responsible for your Upwork account. Any change you make after reading your report is your decision. When you make it, you must keep following Upwork’s Terms of Service, for example by describing your skills and experience truthfully.
- We follow Upwork’s rules for apps, including its API Terms of Use and the terms for its MCP server. If Upwork changes, limits or withdraws that access, parts of the Service may stop working. We’re not responsible for Upwork’s decisions or its availability.
Your account
You sign in with a code we email you, so keep access to that email address secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly at contact@getmoreinvites.com if you think someone else has used it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect or analyse an Upwork account without the owner’s permission
- misuse the Service or disrupt it, including by probing, overloading or attacking our systems
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the Service or its reports, except where the law allows
- use the Service to break the law, or Upwork’s Terms of Service
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Reports and recommendations
- Reports are information, not a promise. Upwork’s search and ranking are controlled by Upwork, depend on many factors and change over time.
- No guaranteed results. We can’t guarantee more profile views, invites, interviews, contracts, a higher rate or earnings, or any particular ranking.
- Figures are estimates. Scores, benchmarks and estimates in a report come from your data and our models, and may not be exact.
- You decide what to act on, and how.
Our content and yours
- Your content stays yours. Your Upwork profile, work and data remain yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Our content stays ours. The Service, our scoring methods, the report format, our text and our design belong to GetMoreInvites. You may use your own reports for yourself, including sharing them with people helping you with your profile.
Ending the Service
- You can stop anytime by disconnecting Upwork or deleting your account. Deletion is permanent after a 30-day restore window.
- We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. Where reasonable, we’ll let you know first.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we make no other warranties, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows:
- No indirect losses. We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss. That includes lost earnings or opportunities, and any action Upwork takes on your account.
- A cap on our total liability. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud, or rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where GetMoreInvites is established, and disputes will be handled by its courts, unless the law where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there.
